CHOCOLATE ITEMS: It is your responsibility to secure your package upon delivery. Please ensure that the recipient where we are shipping your chocolate order to will be available to receive your order. If the package was delivered on time, but the recipient was not available to accept the package, we will not be responsible for replacing any chocolates or issuing any refunds. We do not recommend that you leave your order outside your door in the heat where it will be exposed to the sun, and/or humidity until you arrive home. Please reconsider having your order shipped to an alternate address such as work or a friend's home.

Hot Weather Shipping - We will provide frozen cold packs during the Summer months or to a warm/hot locations. This is how we prevent our chocolates from melting. Additional costs do apply for additional cold packs upon your request at . 75 each, in addition to shipping weight will be added to your total order amount after order is received.
