Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 15 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise FREE, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exceptions are stated below!

***Food is a commodity and for health reasons it can not be returned or refunded!

CHOCOLATE ITEMS: It is your responsibility to secure your package upon delivery. Please ensure that the recipient where we are shipping your chocolate order to will be available to receive your order. If the package was delivered on time, but the recipient was not available to accept the package, we will not be responsible for replacing any chocolates or issuing any refunds. We do not recommend that you leave your order outside your door in the heat where it will be exposed to the sun, and/or humidity until you arrive home. Please reconsider having your order shipped to an alternate address such as work or a friend's home.

Hot Weather Shipping - Manufacturers will provide frozen cold packs during the Summer months or to a warm/hot locations. This is how we prevent our chocolates from melting. Additional costs do apply for additional cold packs upon your request at . 75 each, in addition to shipping weight will be added to your total order amount after order is received.

NOTE: Some products may be prepared in the same facility as eggs, wheat, nuts or milk. If allergic, please refrain. The Baby Gift Shoppe is not liable for damages from any food products. We are drop shipper for food businesses.

TBGS is NOT responsible for any food products in any way, shipping, delivery, or consumption.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

• You can return unused items sold by TBGS for 15 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
• Your card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after TBGS has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
